Alliance of Reformed Churches Q1 FINANCIAL UPDATE
Here is an update the ARC just sent out:
We are thankful for your continued partnership with the Alliance of Reformed Churches. As we look back on our first quarter of the year, we would like to share some financial highlights:
- Since January, the Alliance has received nearly $178,000 in Partnership Offerings, or 98% of our budgeted total, from 134 of our 181 churches (75% of churches). At the start of the year, many churches welcome new treasurers. If that is the case for your church, please ensure your treasurer reviews the Partnership Offering Instructions at https://arc21.org/give.
- In addition, two grants have been awarded to the Alliance of Reformed Churches which will allow continued development of pastoral leadership (Pathways) and new opportunities for lay leadership development.
- As a result, our year-to-date net income is $63,410.37 which allows us to operate with a more healthy cash reserve than we had during our initial start-up phase.
- The budget is available upon request. If you’d like a copy, please email us at info@arc21.org.
Easter Attendance
Thank you to all who invited friends or family along on Sunday. We had a total of 221 people in attendance! Numbers are just a small part of an overall evaluation of health and fruit, but it does show that God is using our church to reach people with good news about the Kingdom. Thank you to Jan, the band, Praise Team and Evie for providing a worshipful and joyful atmosphere, and for all the volunteers who served both kids and adults.
The Bible Recap
Just an encouragement to keep going! As we read through the Bible together in a year, sometimes you slip and get behind. Don’t let that stop you from the habit of daily reading. The point is not just to complete the reading, but do take a little time each day in God’s Word. Pastor Kyle is 10 days behind, but he’s committed to catching up! And great job to those of you are right on schedule (or even ahead)! Gold stars to you guys!
