Summer Softball
We have interest, so are actively looking into putting a team together for the Portage Summer Softball League. We will get more detailed info out shortly about schedule, cost, etc. In the meantime, let’s get limbered up and maybe get a little BP in.
“Brunch and Hunt” Egg Hunt and Pancake Breakfast
Join us April 19th, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM for some pre-Easter festivities. Breakfast will start at 9:00 AM, then the Toddler-2nd grade egg hunt at 9:30 AM, then 3rd-6th grade at 10:00 AM. Invite your family and friends, and if possible, please volunteer! Contact Sarah Byholt or Kelli Hoeksema with questions or to assist.
Fill your Unknown Nations Bank!
Remember over Lent we are collecting loose change (or bills) to support the work of Unknown Nations. Our donations will help provide “The Treasure” audio players which provide the Word of God in the heart language of unreached people groups. Our final collection date is Easter! Contact Pam Reeves or a Mission and Outreach Team member if you have questions.
Meeting with Kyle
It’s been wonderful meeting with individuals and couples these past two weeks! Whether at church, in your homes or out around town, the conversations have been truly enjoyable and uplifting. Cindi is scheduling meetings based on the Church Center directory, so if you haven’t been contacted yet, please make sure your profile is updated with current contact info. If you’re unable to access the directory or have chosen not to be listed (and still haven’t received a scheduling call), please contact Kyle or the office! We may have just missed you and we want to include everyone, even visitors and regular attenders.
And we’ve been hearing of more people getting together for their own Operation Get-together! Way to go. Remember, you always have friends at First!
