Bethlehem Journey Set-up
Thank you to all the people who answered the call Tuesday to help transport all the sets from the barn and storage rooms to various locations through the church. Many hands indeed made the work lighter. The only dark spot was Tom Byholt who was unable to control the excessive power of his Ford truck, which yanked the jail cell door off the trailer and broke it. Tsk tsk, Tom. Your fine will be mailed to you by end of the next business day.
KidZ KamP Family Fun Night Change
KidZ KamP families will now be seeing “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” at Celebration Cinema Crossroads at 3:25 PM this Sunday afternoon for the November Fun Night. The church family is invited to join them and see this cute, Jesus-sharing holiday film by Dallas Jenkins, the director/producer of The Chosen. It’s recommended that your order your tickets in advance online.
Annual Meeting Monday, December 2, 2024 at 7:00 PM
Our annual meeting is coming up. This is where we vote for the slate of incoming elders and deacons, review and approve the budget, and handle any additional business put before the membership. Even if you are not a member but consider yourself a regular attender, this is an important meeting to be a part of (though only members are eligible to vote). Copies of the proposed 2025 budget will be placed in mailboxes this Sunday. The elders nominated by Consistory are Jeff Everts and Jamie Schuring. The deacons nominated are Gary Lewis and Doug Heystek.

- Coffee Fellowship will now be upstairs due to Bethlehem Journey
- First Kid Christmas Program will be Sunday morning 12/22
- Christmas Eve Candlelight Service on 12/24 at 11:00 PM
- Consistory approved an updated Policy for the Protection of Minors. All volunteers working with children under 18 will need to know and abide by this policy.
