KidZ KamP Trick or Treat Event Tonight
Don’t forget tonight is a KidZ KamP event with candy, costumes and snacks! 6:00 PM at church.
Bethlehem Journey Update
We are “close” to filling out our cast. We do have about four main parts that still need to be filled so if you or a friend would be willing to help out, please let Kyle know! We will have our first cast meeting and read through on Sunday, November 2 at 12:15 PM.
For those helping with set up, please mark your calendars for November 8 (ceiling decoration starts), and November 11 (skids and materials brought from barn to church), which is a many-hands-make-light-work. See Pam Reeves for more details.
Operation Get-together
We haven’t mentioned this for awhile, but the mission continues. Kyle would still like to try to meet with every person/couple before the end of the year. Those he hasn’t had a chance to meet with yet, you are not forgotten! The fullness of the summer and fall calendar meant a slowdown with setting up meetings. But even though time is running short, we’ll fit in what we can. Either Kyle will being reaching out or if you have an opening in your schedule, feel free to let him know.
But don’t forget about meeting with others from church! Can you fit in a dinner or coffee with one or two more people before Thanksgiving! Go for it; you won’t regret it.
Operation Christmas Child
This past Sunday, Operation Christmas Child was announced and the sermon included a video testimony of one of the children who met Jesus through a shoebox. Please help us meet our goal of 100 boxes this year, whether as an individual or as a family or a group of friends. Simply take the quantity of boxes you’d like to fill from church, stuff it with the recommended items and return it to church. This small gesture can make a big impact on children all over the world.
