Men, Let’s Hike! October 24-25
The 2nd Annual Jordan Valley River Trail hike for the dudes is on. We’ve settled on October 24-25, 2025 (Fri/Sat) option. Thank you for those who answered the survey and our apologies if the dates don’t work (it was a split response). Remember that even if you don’t want to hike the 17 or so miles over two days, you’re welcome to hike just one day or just stay in camp to guard the gear from squirrels. Work Day – Saturday, September 27, 2025, 8-Noon
Help us catch up on a few property clean ups or improvements from 8:00 AM to Noon on 9/27. We’re looking to clean up some of our sidewalks and curbs, prep our landscaping for winter, remove some trash, hang basketball hoops and remake our parking lot pylon. Donuts and coffee will get us started. Bring your own gloves, shovels, tools, etc. Also, if you have some tractors or utility vehicles to remove dirt or cuttings, please coordinate with Kyle. Thanks for serving and helping our humble but beautiful church building stay a clean and welcoming facility. It would help to have people sign up so we can plan for projects. Book Clubs, Basics Classes and Bible Studies
Don’t forget to peruse the options for your “B” plan for this semester. Signups are on Church Center, in the upstairs hallway, or contact a class leader. Even if a class has started, it’s not too late to join. Study with the Word with friends and see what God will do in your heart and mind.
Praise Team Open Rehearsal
The next Praise Team rehearsal is Thursday, September 25 at 6:30. Anyone who is thinking about sharing their gift of singing or playing an instrument with us is invited to attend to see what we are all about! Bethlehem Journey Sign-up is open!
Once again, we are celebrating the birth of Jesus with our community through the Bethlehem Journey this Christmas. The dates will be December 4-6, and we are open for cast sign-ups on Church Center and on the sign up bulletin board. On Church center, simply join the group and you will receive information about any upcoming casting events, read-throughs, etc. If you have a part request or interest, or would like to help with costumes, hospitality, advertising, setup, etc., please join the group and reach out to Kyle.
